Builds run £8,000 to £15,000 and take six to eight weeks. One is taken on at a time, so if the answer is yes there will be a date attached to it, and it might not be next week.
If your budget is nowhere near that, say so in the message. You will get a straight recommendation for something that fits instead of a pitch, and neither of us will have wasted a call.
