£8,000 to £15,000.

Plus a monthly retainer if you want the part that keeps working after launch. That is the whole price list. Everything below explains what moves the number and what you actually get for it.

In the price

What you get.

  • A film made for your business and nobody else's
  • Copy researched from how your buyers actually talk, then written line by line
  • A page for every service you want to be found for
  • Schema, sitemap, robots and canonicals wired properly
  • A designed share card, so the link looks right when it is texted
  • A speed and accessibility standard that is measured and handed to you
  • Permanent hosting from day one, redeployed at every milestone
  • Your domain attached and verified at handover
  • The off-site search homework, written down, so you know what only you can do

Not in the price

What you do not.

  • Rankings. Nobody can sell those, and the ones who do are guessing
  • Paid advertising management
  • A logo or full brand identity, though the site's palette comes out of the logo you have
  • Photography of your premises or crew, unless it is agreed separately
  • Ongoing work, which is what the retainer is for

Four things

What moves it up the range.

01

How many services need their own page

One service is one page. Six services is six pages, each researched, written and given its own questions. This is the biggest single driver of the number, and it is also where most of the search value lives.

02

Whether you need location pages

A business serving one town needs none. A business covering ten towns wants ten pages, and only for towns you genuinely cover. Invented coverage is a trust problem before it is a ranking problem.

03

How much film the site carries

One hero film is the floor. Films on every service page and a flagship section with its own footage sit at the top of the range.

04

Whether there is something to hold

Some builds get one interactive moment: something the visitor does with their hands that teaches what the business is for. Those take real engineering and they are the thing people remember.

Fair questions

About the money.

Can I pay in stages?

Yes. Half to start and half at launch is the normal arrangement. If a build runs longer because the scope grew, that is discussed before any work happens, not invoiced afterwards.

What if I hate it?

You see the film direction before a second of video is made, the opening frame before the film is animated, and the typography before it is committed. Two rounds of feedback in plain words are built into the price. Nobody gets to the end and hates it, because nobody gets to the end without having seen it.

Why not just use a builder for £30 a month?

Because you are buying a different outcome. A builder gives you a place to put your details. This gives you research, a film, a search structure and a measured standard. If your average job is worth £200, a builder is the right call. If your average job is worth thousands, one extra enquiry pays for the difference.

How much is the retainer?

It depends on how much ground the site has to cover, and it is quoted after the build so it is based on the real site rather than a guess. It is monthly and you can cancel any time.

Straight answer

Ask, and get a real number.

Tell me what the business does and how many services need their own page, and you get a figure inside the range, not a discovery call about a discovery call.
